1/2 hour: $25 (1-4 students)
1 hour: $50 (1-4 students), $65 (5-8 students), $75 (9-12 students)
1 1/2 hours: $75 (1-4 students), $90 (5-8 students), $100 (9-12 students)
2 hours: $100 (1-4 students), $120 (5-8 students), $130 (9-12 students)
Andy Pinkus, Tennis Professional
Andy has been a tennis pro here at the tennis center for 10 years. Originally from Mobile, Andy's favorite thing to teach is competitive play & advanced strategies but he enjoys teaching players of all ages and skill levels. Andy is certified through the PTR.
Liz Bothwell, Programming Coordinator & Tennis Professional
Liz has been a teaching pro for the past five years and has enjoyed coaching players of all levels and ages. She is certified through the USPTA and says that her favorite shots to teach are the serve and the backhand. When she was still competing, she was a top-ranked junior player in Florida. Liz's favorite part of teaching is seeing her students progress and improve their game through their hard work and dedication.
H. Hans H. Laub, Tennis Professional
Hans has been a full-time teaching pro since 1993 and has taught all over the world, including the North Pole! Hans is PTR and USA Tennis High Performance certified and says that his favorite thing to teach is singles and doubles strategies and tactics. Hans was previously the head women's and men's coach at Spring Hill College and has been the private coach of top nationally ranked players and WTA/ITF top 600-ranked players. In 2003, Hans represented Alabama at the Senior Cup.
Frank Amanor, Tennis Professional
Frank has been a teaching pro at the Mobile Tennis Center for five years and grew up playing tennis here as a kid! Frank enjoys teaching tennis to any player with any level of experience. He played at Spring Hill College and is PTR certified and says that he most enjoys watching his players improve through their hard work.
Walt Listuon, Tennis Professional
Walt has been teaching tennis for over 30 years and enjoys teaching doubles strategy and positioning. He is PTR and USPTA certified and says that his favorite part of teaching tennis is passing his love for the sport on to others.
Athina Amanor, Tennis Professional
Athina recently started teaching at the tennis center and like her brother, Frank she grew up playing here! She likes teaching players of any level and enjoys focusing on the mental side of tennis and strategy. Athina played tennis and ran track at Spring Hill College.
Emily Hutchisson, Tennis Professional
Emily is a lifelong tennis player who has been a teaching pro for the past 10 years. Her favorite things to teach are doubles strategy and the serve. Emily is certified through the PTR.
